The MC2 registration fee is $45 per person before June 8 and $65 per person on or after June 8.  The nonrefundable registration fee includes a $20 Eagle Eyrie service fee, on-campus insurance, and insurance for participants in off-campus mission/service projects.  Registration fees will be paid directly to Eagle Eyrie with registration and will secure your group's reservation for the conference.  Eagle Eyrie will bill separately for lodging and meals once accommodations have been assigned.

Medical Information and General Release & Authorization Forms (Required)

All MC2 participants are required to have three copies of the Medical Information Form and one copy of the General Release & Authorization Form on file.  Complete and sign these forms and bring them with you to Eagle Eyrie.  Do not mail.

Online Registration

This year MC2 is offering easy online registration through Eagle Eyrie with secure payment via PayPal using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex), debit card, or PayPal account.  After Eagle Eyrie has assigned accommodations, the remaining amount will be invoiced to you by email so that full payment can also be made via PayPal.  Learn more about PayPal.
